The Darkvenge was a Trade Federation Lucrehulk-class battleship under the command of Vicelord Siv Kav.[1]
It was the flagship of Darth Sidious' Special Task Force One, with which he intended to destroy Outbound Flight in 27 BBY. However, Force Commander Mitth'raw'nuruodo (core name "Thrawn") of the Chiss Expansionary Fleet attacked and destroyed the entirety of Sidious' Task Force with the exception of the Darkvenge.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Darkvenge was first mentioned, albeit anonymously, in in Timothy Zahn's 1998 novel Vision of the Future.[2] It first appeared and was named in Zahn's 2006 novel Outbound Flight.[1]
