A crispy Yaya skewer was a dish made from the local Ya-ya flies and sold in the Market District of Myrra, the capital city of the jungle planet Akiva.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] an Imperial officer informed a merchant and cook who sold crispy Yaya skewers in the market district that they were behind on their taxes after the rate was increased by two points. Despite their objections, the officer gave them a week to pay it or their belongings would be repossessed.[1]
