The Crispy Kaadu Cutlet Sandwich first appeared as a provision available to guests at the Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo restaurant in the themed land Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland Park, exclusively for Star Wars Nites in 2022.[3] The menu described it as "Panko-crusted Pork Cutlet, Pineapple Gremolata, Guava Barbecue Sauce, Spiced Pork Rind, Hawaiian Bread Bun, Purple Slaw."[4]
