Coruscant red wine vinaigrette was a salad dressing[2] originating on Coruscant.[1] The dressing was made from red wine and served over fresh greens.[2] Coruscant red wine vinaigrette was served with fresh greens from Ithor aboard the luxury repulsortrain Gem of Alderaan[3] and with fresh Barnaban greens at the annual Vor-cal Feast held aboard the House Melantha Orbital Hunting Lodge over the planet Vycinyth.[2]
