During the height of the Clone Wars, shortly after the Bombing of the Coruscant power generator, the Galactic Republic issued mandatory blackouts across its capital, Coruscant, in order to conserve power for the war effort. During one such blackout, Senator Onaconda Farr was assaulted by bounty hunters Robonino and Chata Hyoki.
