Cortosis staffs were staffs made of cortosis, a material that was able to block lightsaber blades. The staffs cost 2,500 credits.[1]

Behind the scenes

Cortosis staffs were first mentioned in Star Wars canon in Gadgets and Gear, a roleplaying supplementary sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying series that was published by Fantasy Flight Games in 2019.[1]
