Cornell was a male individual who was the brother of Tomar Nuq Sin and the uncle of Karr Nuq Sin. He was a teacher at a trade school in Taeltor Province on Merokia. When Tomar Nuq Sin wished to take his son out of his school due to problems with headaches, he contacted Cornell, making arrangements to send him to the trade school.^[1]
