The Millennium Falcon using its landing claw to hide on a conning tower.
A conning tower was a raised platform on a starship from which an officer could control the vessel.
Imperial-class Star Destroyers had conning towers that protruded from the superstructure. Boba Fett spared a single glance out of the Super Star Destroyer Executor's observation ports to confirm his suspicions that the Millennium Falcon had berthed itself on the conning tower of the nearby Star Destroyer Avenger.[1]
