Condular was a celestial body[2] located in the Condular system, a part of the Southern Core portion of the Core Worlds. It was situated between the Chasin and Gandeal systems on the Corellian Trade Spine super-hyperroute.[1] Condular was home to the Grand Astrocartographic Institute, which was active at least several years prior to the Black Fleet Crisis[2] of 16 ABY–17 ABY.[3]
Behind the scenes
Condular was first mentioned in "J't'p'tan: Temples and Tybis," a roleplaying source article written by Jason Fry for use with Wizards of the Coast's Star Wars Roleplaying Game and published on Wizards.com on January 30, 2003.[2] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Condular system, and therefore the celestial body itself, in grid square M-12.[1]
