The Communications Division was a division of the Imperial Military. In 2 BBY, during Grand Admiral Thrawn's investigation into the identity of the rebel informant Fulcrum, the rogue Imperial Security Bureau Agent Alexsandr Kallus theorized that the spy was in the Communications Division. However, the ISB Colonel Wullf Yularen disagreed and contended that a spy to position himself in communication, would be far too obvious.[1]
