Cody's squadron

Cody's squadron[2] was a Low Altitude Assault Transport squadron that transported part of the 7th Sky Corps to the Point Rain landing zone during the Second Battle of Geonosis and was led by Clone Marshal Commander Cody. Although High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi's squadron departed prior, Cody's squadron of at least three LAAT/i gunships and at least three LAAT/c carriers arrived first and deployed their AT-TE walkers, with some of the transports touching down as part of the landing site's perimeter.[1]

After arriving, Commander Cody contacted General Kenobi, warning him to not land his gunships due to the heavy enemy fire. Kenobi's gunship was soon after shot down and crashed after Geonosian Nantex-class starfighters[1] engaged his squadron.[2]
