Climbing spikes were tools that helped the user in ascending a vertical wall. The user would push the spikes into the wall, and use the other set of spikes to reach higher. Jedi Knights Josk Nivar, Iskat Akaris and Tualon Yaluna used these tools to scale the walls of a canyon on Thule.[1]
