Climbing claws were used by the Nightbrothers to climb the walls of Dathomir,[1] primarily those covered by fire lichen. Climbing claws were also used by the Scyre clan of Parnassos to climb mountains, being standard on their gloves.[2] They looked like fingerless gloves, with small curved blades of metal in between the fingers that extended when retracting the fingers and retracted when extending the fingers.[1]
Behind the scenes
Climbing claws first appeared in the 2017 Phasma.[2] They were later depicted in the 2019 video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.[1]
