The Cliffside Hideout was smuggler hideout that was built into a cliff in the western area of Great Chott salt flat region of the Outer Rim planet Tatooine.[1] During 3 ABY,[2] it contained a LC3-skifter and had a single entrance that was protected by three turrets that were powered by three separate external generators[1]

This section of the article assumes 100% game completion of Star Wars Outlaws. Any alternate stories may be noted in the "Behind the scenes" section. The events in this section may or may not have been confirmed as canon.

In 3 ABY,[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess used her blaster to destroy a rock near the base of the cliff which gave her access to climb up to the hideout. Once at the hideout the turrets activated however Vess was able to destroy each turrets generator thus shutting them down. Afterward she gained access to the hideout and acquired the LC3-Skifter inside, which she used to allow her to magnetically influence Kessel Sabacc dice.[1]

Behind the scenes

The hideout appeared in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The location contained a key part, the LC3-Skifter, which allowed the player to unlock the Magetic Dice cheat for the optional activity Kessel Sabbac from the Teeka expert tree[1]
