The citrom was a fruit. Its juice was both sour and sweet, with a burst of heat upon consumption. It spoiled easily. A bartender at Oga's Cantina on Batuu came up with a combination of spices and juices that perfectly mimicked the taste of citrom juice, which was turned into a beverage called Blurrgfire.[1]
