Citadel Command was a command unit stationed within the Citadel prison on the planet Lola Sayu. Commanded by the Phindian Commander Osi Sobeck, the unit was also operated by several OOM-series security droids and the T-series military strategic analysis and tactics droid K2-B4.[1]
