Churg Anaris Hej was the Deputy Head of Imperial Procurement shortly after the formation of the Galactic Empire. Hej made a report regarding the stockpiling of beskar and the possible difficulty of acquiring Mandalorian metalsmiths to work on the beskar.[1]
