Chouch was a female human who served as a colonel within the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Following the Battle of Hoth, Chouch was in command of the Ground Defense Command protecting the Alliance Fleet Eleventh Division that was grounded on Ab Dalis. After dispatching a message for reinforcements, a corporal informed her that Starlight Squadron had come to their rescue.[1]
