Chommell Minor was a planet near Naboo.

History

Chommell Minor was the namesake of the Chommell sector. It was also the homeworld of Janus Greejatus, who would serve for a short time as the sector's representative after Palpatine's election as Supreme Chancellor and, following the Clone Wars, become a member of the Imperial Inner Circle.[3]

Captain Ric Olié of Bravo Squadron was battle-hardened at Chommell Minor.[4]

In 22 BBY, shortly before the outbreak of the Clone Wars, Senator Padmé Amidala campaigned on the planet against the Military Creation Act.[5]
