Chata Hyoki was a male Selkath from the aquatic planet of Manaan.[1] During the Clone Wars, Hyoki, along with fellow bounty hunter Robonino, was hired by Count Dooku to intimidate various senators into changing their votes on a Senate bill. Dooku later instructed them to assassinate Padmé Amidala but they were unsuccessful. Hyoki was arrested along with Robonino when they attacked Bail Organa at the Senate Building.[2]
