Chakino eel

A Chakino eel was a type of green eel served frozen along with Duradan Soup in Kijimi City on the Outer Rim Territories planet Kijimi[1] in 3 ABY.[2]

In 3 ABY, the thief Kay Vess and her Merqaal companion Nix share a meal of Duradan Soup with Chakino eel. Nix got his tongue stuck on the ice encasing the eels before they had thawed and were ready to eat.[1]

Behind the scenes

Chakino eel first appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. They were served with Duradan Soup, which was one of the galactic street foods featured in the game that gave equipable perks to Nix. The Duradan Soup perk in Star Wars Outlaws allowed Nix to distract multiple targets but reduced the distraction range.[1]
