A syndicate was led by the Jenet crime lord Cenevax during the Republic Era. An unlicensed gambling ring, Cenevax's operation was based in her den within the Hythan Quarter of the planet Coruscant. After Cenevax sabotaged the Serennian racer Ramil during the forty-eighth annual Dragonfire Air Rally, her crimes were exposed by Jedi Master Dooku, Ramil's brother. Cenevax was apprehended by the Jedi Order and imprisoned in the Citadel, and her operation was dismantled.[1]
