The Caska system was a part of the Trailing Sectors portion of[2] the Inner Rim.[1] It was home to the creature known as Caskan wolf-snake.[3][4]
Behind the scenes
The Caska system was introduced in the StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square N-14.[1]

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. This article treats the Caska system as the location of one such homeworld with regard to the Caskan wolf-snake species.
