Carta Railey was a mercenary pilot who lived during the Galactic Civil War. Railey was a leader of the Velocity Mercenaries. Following the Battle of Yavin, Carta Railey frequently piloted a Rihkxyrk assault fighter in the Dantooine system.[1]

Carta Railey appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[2] Carta Railey was added to the game with the release of the expansion pack Jump to Lightspeed on October 27, 2004. Carta Railey was a starfighter boss that had a low probability to spawn among a group of Velocity Mercenary starfighters in the Dantooine system.[1]
