The Canyon of Akar, was a winding serpentine valley on the jungle planet Akiva.[1] It stretched below Mount Selasa from a cliff known as the Witch's Finger in the Great Basin region towards the Karaba Foothills.[3] The canyon was inhabited by ateles, clever-birds, bladder-bugs,[1] and Venga.[3]

Behind the scenes

The Canyon of Akar first appeared in the 2015 novel Aftermath by Chuck Wendig.[1] It was later first pictured in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft though it was not directly identified within the game.[3] It's location within the game can be deduced by description of the canyon and its position to the Witch's Finger[1] which is included in the game.[3]
