Calioc was a wealthy female Duros and Podracing enthusiast. Acting as the benefactor of the prominent Podracer Korlen Skimmer at the height of the Galactic Civil War, Calioc became fearful that her investment in Skimmer would prove a bad one when the Galactic Empire took an interest in Skimmer's skills. Hiring an investigator to determine the nature of these threats, Calioc refused to pull Skimmer from a race when her agents warned of foul-play.[1]
