Cah Norne was an individual in charge of an engineering section onboard the Galactic Republic-Jedi Order space station Starlight Beacon. Jedi Master Estala Maru, identifying possible improvements to his Republic counterpart Controller Rodor Keen, stated that some of them were in Norne's engineering section.[1]
