CEC Island, best known as the CEC Headquarters, was the headquarters of the Corellian Engineering Corporation.[1][2] The CEC Island was a vast complex of buildings located in the Incorporation Islands district of Coronet City.[1]
Description
Largely used as a public relations tool, the company's real work transpired on the Orbital Industrial Zone high-above the planet. The sprawling, beach-side campus consisted of several buildings and towers, including the Corellian Museum of Space Exploration.[2]
History
The CEC Island was the site of intense fighting during the Battle of Corellia in 3640 BBY, during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire.[1]
