C-Deck was a deck on the Providence-class Dreadnought that was super tactical droid Aut-O's flagship. It contained the ship's communications center and the Separatist encryption module. This module was sought out by the Galactic Republic to decode a Confederate transmission from the Supreme Commander of the Droid Army, General Grievous. To recover this module, the Republic sent D-Squad, an elite squad of Republic droids to infiltrate the ship, and recover it.[1]
