Byss cheese

Created by the Abyssin species, Byss cheese was a cheese noted for its large holes. The fact its hole were so noticeable meant that similarly cratered planets and moons were referred to as Byss cheese. For example, Yavin 13; the thirteenth moon of Yavin Prime. It was used in a Shaak and cheese sandwich served at Dex's Diner on Coruscant^[2]
