Brot-rib was an edible delicacy made from a brot. Three opportunistic Squibs trading material to Killiks during the Swarm War asked Han Solo and Princess Leia Organa Solo to transport crates of brot-rib, in return for assistance finding their daughter Jaina Solo in the Chiss-Killik war zone.
