Brisney was a commander in the Imperial Security Bureau, assigned to a commanding position aboard the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Inflictor following the Battle of Endor. Brisney was present when Grand Moff Randd promoted Ciena Ree to captain of the Inflictor.[1]
