Brisbane was a Jedi Master who was part of the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era. By that time, they had become widely respected among Jedi ranks. During the Outer Rim planet Valo's Republic Fair[1] in 231 BBY,[2] Jedi Master Stellan Gios remarked on Jedi Master Porter Engle's high regard within the Jedi Order, indicating that he was sometimes mentioned in the same breath as other respected Jedi such as Brisbane, Master Cherff Maota, and Master Yoda.[1]

Behind the scenes

Brisbane was mentioned in the 2021 novel The High Republic: The Rising Storm, written by Cavan Scott[1] for the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase I.[3]
