"We just got word that Brendrak has been captured."
"Good riddance."
"Agreed, but he was our last Nihil assassin loyal to Krix with any hope of getting a shot at Marchion Ro."
―Crash Ongwa and a member of her crew, in regard to Brendrak being captured[1]

Brendrak was an individual who served as an assassin in Commander Krix Kamerat's cell for the Nihil marauder organization during the High Republic Era. After Kamerat defected from the Nihil in 229 BBY,[2] he began to work with the Corellian Crash Ongwa to assassinate the Eye of the Nihil Marchion Ro.[1] In 228 BBY,[3] Brendrak, who was still loyal to Kamerat, was considered to be a candidate to eliminate Ro, but was captured by the organization.[1]

Later on[1] the planet[4] Corellia, Ongwa's crew and Kamerat had been notified that Brendrak had been apprehended, which was discussed amid the group. Despite the relief given from an individual over the loss, Ongwa informed the crew about how Brendrak was the last faithful Nihil to Kamerat who had a sliver of chance to terminate Ro. Kamerat then enlightened the crew about how the loss of Brendrak would never have occurred had they gone with his idea, which led the group into an argument. Kamerat departed from Corellia not long after[1] and eventually conducted his assassination attempt on Ro, which ultimately failed and led to his death.[5]
