Bragthap was a bartender who worked at the castle of the pirate Maz Kanata.[1] Around 3 BBY,[2] he put a bubbly concoction in front of Kanata as she sat next to the smuggler Han Solo when he visited the castle as he waited for Sana Starros to show up with the cargo she needed his help smuggling.[1] He was friends with Strono Tuggs, the long time cook at Max's castle, who praised Bragthrap for the patience he had to work with the bar's "ne'er do well" clientele.[3]
