The Bovo Yagen system was a star system located in the Kailion sector in the Expansion Region of the galaxy.[1] Centered around the star Bovo Yagen, the system's planets and belt were named for the being Bovo Yagen and his children. The population of the system was uncertain with one estimate placing it at twelve million.
The system was scheduled to be the next target to destroyed by Centerpoint Station in the Starbuster Plot, but was narrowly saved by young Anakin Solo.
