Bone stabilizer

A bone stabilizer was a medical tool found in some medpacs. Bone stabilizers were used to immobilize broken bones, where they were then protected by spray splints. Once transferred to a medical facility, the bones could then be repaired by a bone-knitter.

History

Ula Vii used a bone stabilizer, along with a laser cauterizer, to treat Larin Moxla when the latter had four fingers severed by a Sith lightsaber.^[2]
