"Bloodbath" was a member of the Staved Skulls pirate gang who, along with another member "Menace Machine," jostled for leadership of the gang after the death of its preceding leader, the self-proclaimed Eviscerator. His appearance was similar to that of his predecessor.[1]
Zilastra, leader of the Riftwalkers gang, had killed the Eviscerator, along with the leaders of the other pirate organizations in the Slice, in order to gain power for herself. Realizing some time later that nobody knew she had been responsible for the attack, she organized a call with the other four gangs in order to talk to whoever had taken over from their dead leaders. Bloodbath attended this call, in which Zilastra proposed uniting all five pirate gangs under herself.[1]
Just before the scheduled bicentennial Celebration on Kwenn, Zilastra gathered the leaders of the five gangs, plus some of their rivals, in a holo summit. Bloodbath and Menace Machine both attended, and expressed concern about the plan to attack the Jedi High Council while the members were gathered in the Gala Key Arena on Kwenn. The two Staved Skulls were worried about what the Jedi might do in retaliation, but Zilastra assured them that the Jedi did not do revenge.[1]
Bloodbath, along with leaders of all the gangs, set up a control room aboard the casino barge Pelagic for the planned attack. They all watched holographic feeds of the proceedings from inside the barge. Bloodbath had trouble remembering the exact details of Zilastra's plans, and was impatient with the slow pace of the ceremony. Later, when Jedi Master Ki-Adi-Mundi infiltrated the Staved Skulls and the Pelagic, he found that the split in leadership between Bloodbath and Menace Machine meant that the Skulls weren't necessarily familiar with even their own members.[1]
