Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

At one point during its reign, the Galactic Empire blockaded the planet of Dowut, home to the Dowutin species. The population, however, was little affected by that situation, since the Dowutins had always been self-reliant.[1]
