Blathar III was a moon. At one time it was visited by the exotics dealer Rufus Trammel, who harvested a number of the planet's native specimens. After Trammel's departure from the moon, non-native viruses wiped out most of the moon's plant life. Trammel sold many of his specimens to the government of Blathar III, in a deal that some speculated netted him up to three million credits.
