Blaster fist

A blaster fist was a melee weapon which saw use during the time of the Galactic Civil War. The weapon would be gripped by a being's hand, and could be used in hand-to-hand combat. Blaster fists were typically constructed out of steel and copper, and consisted of a vibroblade unit.

Behind the scenes

Blaster fists appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.
