Blast Knuckles were a weapon commonly rigged together by Outlaw techs in the Imperial Period.[1]
Characteristics
Consisting of a heavy, armored glove with a blaster built into the back of wearer's hand, blast knuckles had impact-sensitive plating across the knuckles that activated this blaster whenever the wearer landed a punch.[1] The result was an explosive punching glove that delivered a devastating point-blank blast.[1] Undeniably effective, the armor plating of the glove protected the wearer from the detonations just centimeters from their fingers; despite this, using blast knuckles was quite taxing, and very few users embraced the danger inherent with such a weapon.[1]
