The Black Sun ruling council was the ruling council of Black Sun stationed at a facility on the volcanic world of Mustafar.
In 20 BBY, all the council members were eliminated after they refused to join the new Shadow Collective being formed by the Sith Lord Darth Maul and his Death Watch allies. Each member was beheaded with the Sai Cha technique when Savage Opress threw his lightsaber across the table.
