Biris J. Te Gaf was the senior purchasing agent for the Galactic Alliance Engineering Support network on Coruscant.
Biography
Te Gaf was responsible for the purchasing of cannon packs, which had been the subject of numerous complaints in the fleet due to frequent misfires. When Jacen Solo inquired about the cannon packs, he was told that the random sampling showed the packs to perform adequately. Feeling that only adequate equipment was not good enough for the Galactic Alliance forces, Solo ordered Te Gaf to be assigned to the Ocean to see for himself the trouble such packs caused in the field.[1]
