Commander Bilpin was a male Galactic Alliance Security agent who, in 44 ABY, sent Myri Antilles to investigate the Gran Oobolo, captain of the Galactic Princess, for suspected criminal activity. For the operation, Antilles was to wear experimental recording crystals of Bilpin's design. However, the crystals were not as secure as Bilpin hoped, given that Oobolo was able to jam them both ways. With contact with Antilles cut off, GAS was forced to send the legendary Wedge Antilles to extract his daughter.[1]
