Bezzem was an alien who frequented Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina on Tatooine. While drinking a Blue Dwarf, he listened to the 90-year-old Tem Chesko's tale of his 71-year syntonium crystal haul from Cirus II in 3 ABY. Bezzem was also a friend of Greedo.
Biography
Early life
Bezzem was once a friend of the Rodian bounty hunter Greedo,[1] before he was killed by Han Solo[2] in 0 BBY.[3] He remebered how his pal used to make a run from Cirus II to Tatooine in less than five cycles.[1]
Meeting Chesko
Around 3 ABY[4] Bezzem was frequenting Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina on Tatooine, where he took a Blue Dwarf as drink. He sat down with a 90-year-old man named Tem Chesko. Chesko pointed outside the cantina's window at his ship, and told Bezzem that he just landed here this morning after a 71-year-long syntonium crystal haul from Cirus II. Bezzem queries as to how it could take that long, so Tem went his backstory, about how he had to endure an over 60 years journey alongside a feminine, green service droid named Millie.[1]
Tem talked who he grew old and weak as she continued to take care of him. He retold how, at the age of 86 and laying in his bed, Tem asked Millie to kill him, and handed her his laser knife. Tem told Bezzem that that was the hardest day of his life. Bezzem then asked how he could still be here and what happened to Millie, and Tem answers both questions by revealing Millie's inner workings transplanted into his chest.[1]
Personality and traits
A friendly individual, Bezzem belonged to a green-skinned species with large red eyes. He was seen wearing googles, a jacket and was branding a blaster pistol.[1]
