Ben Schwartz (born September 15, 1981)[1] is an American actor who, along with Bill Hader, provided voice work for BB-8 in Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens. Schwartz also played a stormtrooper in the film.[2] In 2023, Schwartz lent his voice to another droid, TAY-0, in the television series Star Wars: The Bad Batch.[3]
On April 19, 2025, Ahmed Best announced at Celebration Japan that Schwartz would be voicing the Lepi smuggler Jaxxon T. Tumperakki in the non-Canon animated series LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy - Pieces of the Past, which released on Disney+ on September 19, 2025.[4]
