Bellows was a clone trooper who served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. Bellows suffered severe head trauma just before Order 66 was issued and was found by Lira Hardin. Unaware of Order 66 and why is fellow clone brothers were behaving differently, Lira convinced him to go into hiding. Bellows was named security chief of Foundry Four and worked alongside his second-in-command, a Besalisk security officer named Rybo.[2]
