Bellows was a clone trooper in the Grand Army of the Republic who later worked with the Clan Assembly. After suffering severe head trauma just before Order 66 was issued by Chancellor Palpatine, Bellows was discovered by Lira Hardin. Once he was awake, Bellows discovered that the clones had been affected by Order 66, and went into hiding with Hardin once he convinced her that he was not under the influence of Order 66 himself.[2]
Over time, Bellows grew a bushy, grey beard and gained weight. He was named the chief for Foundry Four's security team. While he occasionally handled scuffles and domestic disputes, Chief Bellows was mainly responsible for ensuing that the shady customers parading to Xorrn for ship upgrades paid their bills. Although Bellows was not formerly on the Clan Assembly, he was frequently included in meetings to provide his input on security.[2]

Clone Troopers in the Databank (backup link) establishes that clones were based on the genetic template of the human male bounty hunter Jango Fett and created on the planet Kamino. The entry also states that they stood at a height of 1.83 meters and had brown eyes. As Friends Like These establishes that Bellows is a clone trooper, he must share those characteristics.
