Beacon

The Beacon was a sanctuary established on^[1] the Outer Rim^[2] planet Dalna for individuals who had been displaced by the Nihil conflict which ended^[1] in 228 BBY^[3] with the Battle of Eriadu. Its creation was sponsored by the Nihil-turned-bounty hunter Lourna Dee, who did not want her patronage to be made known. Four months after the battle, a feast was held at the Beacon with a number of Jedi and other allies, including Galactic Republic Supreme Chancellor Lina Soh, attending. Keeve Trennis, a Jedi Master in the Jedi Order was offered the position of speaker for the Beacon, resigned from the Order with the intent of taking up the position. Jedi Master Sskeer was also appointed as the Jedi's liaison to the Beacon.^[1]
